The Kalora Day
Most trackers reset at midnight and push your late dinner into “tomorrow”. Kalora keeps exactly one day open — yours.
Wake up at 6 AM or 2 PM — tap once and your Kalora Day begins. There is exactly one open day, and everything you log lands in it.
AI, voice, your library, or manual entry. A 1 AM dinner counts toward today — because for you, it is still today.
Tap “Start new day” when your day is actually over. Past midnight, Kalora only asks — it never decides for you.
AI meal logging
Type “grilled chicken wrap with fries” — or just say it out loud. Kalora estimates every item and tells you what it assumed. Nothing is saved until you confirm.
Plain language works: “two eggs, toast with butter, and an orange juice”. Voice is transcribed on-device.
Per-item calories and macros with a confidence level, plus a note on what was assumed. Kalora estimates conservatively.
Adjust any item before it touches your log. The free plan includes 6 AI analyses every day.
Everything you need
Kalora speaks in targets, progress, and remaining — never in punishment. These are the tools it gives you.
Describe any meal in plain words and get per-item calorie and macro estimates you review before saving.
Speak your meal instead of typing. Transcription happens on your device — raw audio is never stored.
Your personal foods with favorites and one-tap quick add for the things you eat all the time.
Group foods you eat together — your usual breakfast becomes a single tap.
Add or remove a glass, a bottle, or any amount you like, against a daily target that fits your routine.
One weigh-in a day in kg or lb, with an optional goal line. Miss a morning? Fill it in later, or edit any past entry.
Your weight chart carries a moving average and a weekly rate fitted across the whole trend — so one heavy morning doesn’t rewrite the story.
7, 14, and 30-day averages and adherence — measured per Kalora Day, not per calendar day.
Set your own calorie and macro targets, shown in grams or kcal. No formula deciding what you should be eating.
Morning, meal-time, and evening nudges at times you pick — including one that stays quiet once you’ve already logged.
Every closed day is kept in history, and days, meals, water and weigh-ins all export to CSV or JSON whenever you want.
Works without a connection and follows your system theme. Log anywhere, day or night.
Analytics
Averages, adherence, and charts are computed per Kalora Day — so a 26-hour Saturday doesn’t wreck your numbers.
See 7, 14, or 30-day views of calories, protein, and water, each with your target drawn right on the chart. Highlights show your best and toughest days, and everything exports to CSV or JSON — your data is never locked in.
Adherence is measured against the targets you chose, and the language stays neutral: over target is information, not a verdict.
Body weight gets its own view. The chart is fitted to your actual range instead of starting at zero, so a real kilo looks like a real kilo; a moving average runs through the daily swings; and the weekly rate is fitted across the whole trend rather than measured between your first and last weigh-in. When the readings can’t support a projection, Kalora says so instead of inventing a date.
Privacy
Your food log is personal. Kalora treats it that way.
Kalora has no ad SDKs and never sells your personal data.
No precise location, no contacts, no advertising identifier.

FAQ
A Kalora Day is your tracking day — and it starts and ends when you say so, not at midnight. You keep exactly one day open at a time, and everything you log lands in it until you tap “Start new day”. Late dinner at 1 AM? It stays with today, where it belongs.
Nothing automatic. If your day is still open after midnight, Kalora shows a gentle prompt with three choices: Start New Day, Keep Current Day, or Remind Me Later. Your day never closes itself.
Describe your meal in plain words — or speak it — and Kalora estimates the calories and macros for each item. You review and edit every item before anything is saved. The free plan includes 6 AI analyses per day.
No. Voice input is transcribed on your device using the system speech engine. Only the resulting text is used to analyze your meal — raw audio is never stored or uploaded.
Yes. Log one weigh-in per calendar day in kilograms or pounds, with an optional note and an optional goal weight that appears as a reference line on your chart. You can fill in a morning you missed or edit any past entry. Views cover 30 days, 3 months, and 1 year, with weekly and monthly averages — and if you would rather not see it, the weight card on Today can be switched off.
Because day-to-day weight moves with water, food, and sleep, so a single reading is mostly noise. Kalora draws a moving average through your readings and works out your weekly rate of change across the whole trend rather than subtracting your first weigh-in from your last. If there is not enough data to say something honest, it tells you that instead of guessing.
Add a glass, a bottle, or any custom amount — and remove the same way if you tapped once too often. You set the daily target, the total shows on Today, and water appears as a chart in Analytics and as a column in your export.
Yes. Kalora is free to use, with fair usage limits on AI meal analysis (currently 6 per day). Manual logging, your food library, water and weight tracking, analytics, and export are not limited.
Yes. Your data is stored on your device and syncs when you are back online, so you can log meals anywhere.
Both, any time. Export everything — tracking days, food entries, water, weight logs, your library, saved meals and targets — as CSV or JSON from Settings. You can delete your account and all data in the app under Settings → Profile → Delete account, or by emailing support@kalora.fit.
Not yet — barcode scanning is coming soon. Today you can log with AI, voice, your personal food library, saved meals, or manual entry.
